Srini brings in more than two decades of deep finance leadership expertise gained in major financial institutions in the MENA region with advisory areas in debt & equity fund raising, capital, liquidity & interest rate risk management, rating agencies, resolution planning, cross border taxation, project finance, real estate financing and digital transformation. Extensive interaction with regulators in designing policy framework for the Basel III, DSIB, IFRS 9 related areas. Served in the Boards of several group institutions across the region and extensive working relationship with CEO/Board level besides relationship with regulatory bodies, rating agencies, external auditors.
His domain expertise also includes insurance, manufacturing & trading corporates having served in major companies in GCC and India with expertise in project financing, setting up credit facilities with Banks and incorporation of new companies.
He enjoys architecting transformational change as driving force for innovation and his recent change management involved full digital transformation of finance division of a major regional bank that required attention to detail in data analytics, disrupting routine operational processes, application of RPA & ,AI tools /techniques.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from India with a further professional Chartered Accounting degree from ICAI, India, General Management Program from IIM, Bangalore and Business Analytics for Leaders certification from UC Berkely, Haas School of Business.
